Pair Of Rear Liftgate Struts For 2009-2017 Dodge Journey - Gas Spring Supports

Is the rear liftgate on your Dodge Journey not staying up anymore? It's probably those gas struts. This is a pair (left and right) of replacement liftgate supports. They fit the 2009 through 2017 Dodge Journey models. They're unbranded but made as direct replacements. They have an extended length of about 19.65 inches and a compressed length of 12.15 inches. Interchange part numbers include 6451, SG314062, and the Mopar numbers 05178293AC / 5178293AC. They come with a 1-year warranty. Installation is usually pretty simple with basic tools – just be careful, as the old strut might be under pressure. Once installed, your liftgate will pop up and stay open safely again. No more getting bonked on the head! A quick and affordable fix for a common problem.
